4 Sessions a week $249. (4 week block) 3 weekday workouts M/W/F and 1 weekend trail run/workout.
3 Sessions a week $199. (4 week block) Choice of any 3 scheduled workout dates.
2 Sessions a week $159. (4 week block) Choice of any 2 scheduled workout dates.
